Privacy Policy

What we store

• Account: email, display name, password (stored only as a one-way hash). When signing in with Google, we receive your email and name from Google, never your Google password.
• Transactions: coin top-up requests, tier upgrades, purchased mods; for bank transfers, the amount, reference note, and receipt time reported by the bank. We do not store card numbers or bank passwords.
• Device (app): hardware-based machine identifier used to enforce the one-account-per-device rule and handle device transfer requests.
• Security logs: login timestamps, IP addresses, and country locations to detect abnormal access.
• Support: messages, screenshots, and logs you submit through Feedback / Support.

How it is used

Solely to operate the service: sign-in, payment confirmation, granting mod access, customer support, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Website cookies

The website uses login cookies (httpOnly, not readable by browser scripts) and saves basic display preferences like language on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.

Third parties

• Cloudflare: hosts website and mod files, provides bot protection (Turnstile).
• Brevo: sends OTP code emails and account notifications.
• Google: sign in with your Google account (if you choose to).
• VietQR and receiving bank: generates QR codes and notifies payment receipt to confirm bank transfers.

Each party only receives the data necessary for its role.

Storage and Security

Data is stored on NicG Launcher servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Account data is retained as long as your account remains active; transaction history may be kept longer for reconciliation and legal compliance.

Your rights

You can view most of your information on the Account page. To request correction, export, or deletion of account data, submit a request via Support in the app using your registered account. Deleting your account will revoke your tier, coin, and purchased mods.

Children

The service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if discovered, the associated account will be deleted.

Policy Changes

When policies change, the update date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly; significant changes will be announced in the app or on the website.
