Terms of Use

By creating an account, downloading the app, or making a payment on NicG Launcher, you agree to the terms below along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Services

• NicG Launcher includes a Windows app and website to find, install, uninstall, and manage mods for GTA V in single-player mode (Story Mode), supporting both Legacy and Enhanced versions.
• The service is not intended for GTA Online. Do not use mods or tools from NicG Launcher to cheat, harass, or gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer modes.
• You must own a valid copy of GTA V. NicG Launcher does not sell or license GTA V.

2. Age Requirements

GTA V is rated for players aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or legal guardian consent and supervision, to use the service and make payments.

3. Accounts

• A single account is used for both the app and website, registered via email or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP confidential.
• In the app, each account runs on one PC at a time. Switching PCs or adding a secondary PC (paid tiers only) is done via in-app settings; requests may require email verification, approval, and are subject to frequency limits. You can log in to the website anywhere.
• Do not share, rent, buy, or sell accounts or mod entitlements. Violating accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

4. Membership Tiers

• Free, Plus, Premium, Creator, and Lifetime tiers unlock different mod collections and tools, as detailed on the Hạng & giá page.
• Paid tiers are one-time purchases tied to your account with no auto-renewal. When upgrading to a higher tier, you pay the difference based on the current price list.
• We may add, remove, or reorganize mods within each tier as the library evolves (for example, if an author requests mod removal). Mods purchased individually with coin remain tied to your account.

5. Coin and Payments

• Payment is made via bank transfer using a QR code. Each request has a unique amount and transfer memo (format: MOD-XXXXXXXX) and expires after 24 hours.
• Transfers with the exact amount and correct reference note are automatically confirmed within minutes. Incorrect amounts or reference notes will require manual reconciliation.
• Tier prices, coin prices, and mod prices are subject to change; the applicable price is the one shown on your created payment request.
• Coin is used to purchase individual mods in the app or on the website (requires Premium tier or higher). Coin has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as specified in the Chính sách hoàn tiền.
• Gift codes and referral programs are subject to the terms stated for each promotion and may end at any time.

6. Mod Usage Rights

• Mods belong to their respective authors. The entitlement you receive is the right to personally install and use them in your game via NicG Launcher, not ownership of the mod files.
• Do not copy, extract, share, resell, or reupload mod files, and do not bypass the app's content protection mechanisms.
• If you are an author and wish to remove or update your mod's information in our library, please contact us; valid requests will be processed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, modifying, or tampering with the app or servers; using bots or scripts for mass downloading or exploiting bugs.
• Payment fraud, using transactions belonging to others, or abusing gift codes and referral programs.
• Using the service for unlawful purposes or disrupting other users.

Violations may result in account termination and revocation of granted entitlements without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Community-created mods may affect game stability and save files. NicG Launcher provides clean uninstall, restore, and diagnostic tools, but cannot guarantee that every mod will run on every PC. Please back up your saves before installing large packs. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, our liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes and Termination of Service

We may update the app, mod library, and these terms. Important changes will be announced in the app or on the website; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. If the service is discontinued permanently, advance notice will be provided in the app.

10. Trademarks

Grand Theft Auto and GTA V are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. NicG Launcher is an independent project and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.
