About

Turn Los Santos into Watch Dogs' Chicago: hack security cameras, traffic lights, ATMs for cash, blow steam pipes, black out the whole city, and remote-control vehicles via the hack wheel Aiden Pearce style. Includes a profiler system that scans civilians, a ctOS-style wanted level, and witnesses that call the cops. Open the tweak menu via NIBMods Menu; see JulioNIB's blog for detailed hotkeys.
