Turn GTA V into Just Cause 3: a grappling hook that latches onto walls and reels in targets, a wingsuit (press E when falling at high speed or while gliding), and rocket C4 you can stick to vehicles/people/objects. Steer the wingsuit with WASD, Space to open the parachute, X to retract the hook, key 1 to arm C4 then left-click to fire and E to detonate. A JulioNIB script mod, with grapple/C4 sounds and a fake wingsuit model.
