A time-power mod inspired by Quantum Break: nearly freeze time then move and shoot freely while the whole world stands still, just like Jack Joyce. Comes with its own sound effects (activate/deactivate, pain) for a very cinematic slow-time feel. Open via the NIBMods Menu; the mod is in BETA so a few minor bugs remain, but it's still a blast to play.
